Warm and friendly hosts! Well equipped and very clean studio with charming garden. It contains everything that you need for a short or longer stay, including wifi internet and cable TV. Located near the main road, but very quiet and with private parking. Easy to locate, come in and go out.

We loved sitting on the balcony morning and night looking at the harbor and watching the aerobatic swifts zooming past our room. The breakfasts were excellent. Staff was super, and gave us helpful suggestions about how to best travel to and from Piran.

Very cute, clean apartment just a couple blocks from the old town. Great location! Comfortable bed & great shower with plenty of hot water. The hosts had great communication & easy check in & check out! Would highly recommend!!

I adored how friendly and accommodating the staff at the reception was. And breakfast is a highly recommend for me, it's so rare to find hotel buffets that serve freshly cut fruit and keep such a wide assortment of delicious goodies.

The only notation I have (and this is only personal preference) is that the bathrooms in the rooms are split in an odd way. With the sink in the room with no door divider, and then the doors from the toilet and then shower both have handles which are holes...leaving gaps for smells and the feeling of no privacy when sharing the room with your partner. Not an outright issue, but something I definitely didn't love.

I did not expect to have beverages and breakfast cereal available in the morning. That was much appreciated. Having the refrigerator to store small food items was very convenience and a nice touch.

Once I was able to find the place, with the help of security, it was a comfortable apartment. However, the address was not detailed and we spent a lot of time trying to locate it.

Location was near the top spots in Old Ljubljana. Liked the ability to make meals with a stove top and fridge.

Stayed here because of location and laundry. We are traveling 25 days and booked rooms with laundry facilities each 8 days. What a mess. There is no staff anywhere in town, and connecting thru whatsapp was slow, and she didn't have accurate knowledge of the laundry facilities. 2 of 3 dryers were out of order, and the only working one took 2 hours per load. Very disappointing. Fridge had only one shelf instead of the three it was designed for. The area under the kitchen sink was very dirty. Other than folding chairs at the table, there was no place to sit except on the day bed, which wasn't comfy.
