Dusty room. Booked for another night and was told they were doing room cleaning, but no room cleaning at all was performed. Staff did not have any knowledge of their booking systems and any interaction with the front desk took a long time as they needed to wait for a senior to help them with the systems. Poor bed linen quality, uncomfortable and course linens that performs very poorly on a warm night. Doesn’t help that bed was never made before second night.

The blinds do not stop the light completely so I woke up every morning at 5am. The shower was too small. The bed super small (especially considering that the room was very large) and not comfortable at all

The washing machine did not match the washer/drier instructions on the wall. The shower drain is not at the lowest point of the shower floor.

They downgraded my queen room with sofa bed, to a staff single room with no windows, no bathroom and somebody's dirty underwear on the floor outside. They said an error occured with booking.com due to the Taylor Swift concert, and this was the ONLY room available. As soon as I saw that the room had no bathroom I complained and suddenly they "found" a small twin room on the top floor. This plan included a £40 reimbursement as was approved by the hotel manager. Disgusting, dishonest behaviour.

They have rooms in the basement with just a tiny window. You could open it but not climb out if necessary. I had to ad more money to get another room

Had to phone to get in / I did not have phone connection! Had to go to neighbouring bar - Thanh’s Art Bat for phoning for me. Breakfast very minimal. Room needed painting.?
