The location is great. They also put a cot in our room, since we had 3 adults (the cot was pretty comfy as well!). The gym was also good. The breakfast spread was also good - items for different allergies and preferences.

Balcony/room/macaroon that were sent by Isabelle at front desk/safety/ **staff!!** The sauna was great, especially for the travel inflammation that comes.

Dusty room. Booked for another night and was told they were doing room cleaning, but no room cleaning at all was performed. Staff did not have any knowledge of their booking systems and any interaction with the front desk took a long time as they needed to wait for a senior to help them with the systems. Poor bed linen quality, uncomfortable and course linens that performs very poorly on a warm night. Doesn’t help that bed was never made before second night.
