The apartment is clean, quiet, and has all the amenities you could need even for a longer stay. The hosts are nice and responsive. The check in is with a boxkey so that was really nice for my situation as my arrival time at the property was pretty late during the evening.

We liked the location of the property, with mountain views and close to the city and the Mocănița train station. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Good spacious rooms, comfortable accommodation, amenities as listed on the website, internet speeds were serviceable but not particularly impressive. Good breakfast spread. Friendly helpful hotel staff.

The hallways on our floor got briefly a little loud late at night due to some rowdy guests (likely arriving after a night at the bar) on two night. But this wasn't a huge deal as the noisiness was brief and restricted to some sections. It's unlikely the hotel could've done something about such things anyway as it's a matter of guests' personal responsibility to be kind to other guests. The bedrooms were at least well removed from the corridors and very quiet once you were inside the bedrooms and comfortable. All things considered no complaints.

Communication with the property manager was quite poor. They did not bother responding to email or hotel app based questions. We inquired about the location of laundry on site and finally figured out ourselves. We did not care much for the remote app-based checkin/checkout process. We prefer some level of human interaction, and expected that our questions would at the minimum be addressed, even if via email.
