It was one of the most unique experiences we had in Mexico! Saul the owner of the place is a lovely person and made us feel at home, he has 3 lovely dogs, especially Balu! one of them stayed next to our room all night just to guard the place, it felt so safe and joyful with them! Saul welcomed us with a beer and he even took us out to eat with him later that night when we were all very hungry. The place is very special, you truly feel like you are away from everything, perfect for people who're looking for peace away from all the crowd, pool is great, earlier that day we ordered food from UberEATS and it was super easy and fast! We would definitely come back!

The most beautiful location!!! Right on the ocean and a short walk to the beach. Nicely furnished bedrooms. Warm water for showers was great! Internet worked great (I worked online). Balcony was wonderful. We really enjoyed the pool.

The room was amazing, very private and quiet. The staff was very kind and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine upon check in. I also enjoyed the pups Estella and Camillo.

The second reason why I booked this property was because of the pool/jacuzzi and to enjoy laying out. I was able to lay out but unfortunately the pool looked like it had not been vacuumed a long time. There was a lot of brown stuff at the bottom of the pool so I decided not to swim. I was also hoping to have better bar service. There were a few times I tried to order drinks from the bar and there was one there to help out.

- Extremely poor communication before arrival. - Staff was generally (not everyone but most everyone) rude and unhelpful. - Food was barely ok. - The Club Premier Sales Manager was very rude to us and pushy in a bullyish way to try and force us to buy their membership. - The hotel is too big for its own good as you have to waste time waiting for golf cars to drive you to the beach and they are limited and most drivers are rude. - Staff never shows any interest in assisting guests with anything.
