AC was very cold, great water pressure and temperature. Good wifi for streaming. Room service for beverages was great. Tried to order breakfast. but they said something I didn't understand so we went to the restaurant. We were served a continental breakfast with fresh juice, coffee, fresh cut fruit and toast & jam. Server was very friendly and food was delicious and included!

cannot do much about the periferico noise. With AC on, can still hear it at times, but it's not too bad.

Silviana is an amazing host!!! I had booked a snorkel trip a few weeks back and it got canceled last minute but when I checked in she contacted another company for me and they were able to book me for the next day! The breakfast each morning was also fantastic and delicious!! I will be staying here again!!

Excellent location! Incredible view. Quiet neighborhood. New building. Drinking water jugs provided. Short walking distance to both Punta Sur and The Joint. Beach towels provided in addition to bath towels. Pool is clean and new just below condo.

I truly enjoyed the peaceful and gorgeous location in the jungle. The staff is so friendly and helpful! I also liked getting into the cenote to cool off while wild birds were tweeting and the monkeys were hanging around those beautiful trees.

We needed to be near the airport, and when that is the case, we love staying at the Royal Palace. The rooms are classy and comfortable, and we enjoy both the restaurant and the bar. The bathrooms are great!
