Fantastic breakfast, close to the beach, excellent Manager (Luis) more than happy to accommodate your needs and point you in the right directions with intimate knowledge of the area. Great place for those seeking a quiet refuge in a tropical paradise.

Our 3rd time here and loved every minute. Staff is amazing and works hard to ensure guests have a great experience. Breakfast and dinner were wonderful. One of the pools is heated, grounds are stunning and, as always, we had an amazing time!

Well located, stylish apartments with plenty of space and well equipped kitchens. The description of bathrooms on booking is not clear, but both our 2 BR and our 3 BR apartment had 2.5 baths which was great. Good internet.

Beds: a bit firm and uncomfortable. Towels: one bath towel per guest is provided, but there were no kitchen or hand towels which became annoying. Temperature: there is no air-conditioning. This is common in CDMX, but the weather was hot & dry during our stay so it was difficult to sleep at night. Each room does have fans. Security: there is a security guard who checks your IDs upon arrival & monitors cameras, however beyond that, security felt light. The windows do not lock and apartment key-codes are not changed and follow the same numbering conventions. Even so, the neighborhood felt safe and we were not too concerned, just something to be aware of. Customer Service: We had an extremely frustrating experience. We upgraded from the 2 BR to the 3 BR Apartment, however the host did not receive the update on their end (a problem with the host’s system). What followed was almost comically bad customer service. If you would like some entertainment, I have attached a screenshot of the exchange. In summary, we waited several hours to unpack before being told we had to spend the night in the 2 BR. The next day (after more messages) they finally sent us the code for the 3 BR which had been clean & ready the whole time. We lost several hours and had to have someone sleep on the couch and still have not received any kind of compensation or attempt to rectify the issue.

No coffee is included in the room even though there is a coffee maker. We requested new cups since we didn’t trust that cleaning them with the sink water would be safe and we were told no. The continental breakfast is actually provided at the restaurant next door which was fine, except the only food included in that breakfast was toast, fruit, yogurt and one small cup of coffee and orange juice. My husband is allergic to both wheat and dairy so he didn’t benefit from the “continental breakfast” at all.
