The owner is so nice, she stayed in touch with me and helped with everything ...she helped me rent a car and recommended very good resturant. The view from the balcony is amazing. Better than pictures 🤍 Great location ,15-20 minutes walking along the beach to the city center. Perfect for a quiet sleep without the noise and close enough. Felt like home

The place has a beautiful view on the bay and is relatively close to Kotor. Jovana was a great host. We got detailed instructions for everything, and she instantly responded to all our questions. Very nice apartment and an amazing view!!

It's new, in a quiet neighborhood, private parking garage. Nicely decorated with all required amenities to cook your own food. Heating is very good.

It's new and missing some amenities to be perfect. 1. You have a washing machine but no way to dry your cloths. A folding rack will do the job. 2. No place to hang your cloths or anyting else in the bathroom. 3. There are 2 sizes of apartments. The smaller one you need to open your suitcases in the living room. 4. No reading lamps in the bedroom. 5. No A/C, and I don't know if it is a must in the summer in Kolasin. 6. No liquid soap in the kitchen. 7. No sugar, salt for guests (these are cheap and basic). 8. No sharp knife to prepare a salad. 9. Only one dishwasher tablet for a 2 nights stay. 10. The building did not finish its construction and the front access is a gravel, bumpy road (see picture). Hopefully it will be done soon.

Nice location and owner let us stay 20 more minutes after 11 am, coz we had an afternoon flight. Communication was good and fast.

Appartment was not clean properly from previous people. In the fridge was unfinished bottle of rakija also left by the previous guests, i assume. Washroom had some leftover toiletries as well. Shower has mold, unfortunately. Was not able to use washing machine, due to when we arrive it was on already with a lot of towels in it and it took quite some time until machine finished. 5 out of 10 for good location and friendly owner.
