Beautiful property. Beds were made ready for us, including the additional bed in the room. Well located with immediate access to the glaciers and the lagoon. Very beautiful bathroom. Tall ceilings. Lovely linen. Lovely and crisp robes and slippers. Very prompt and friendly staff. Woke us up to see the aurora!

Soft beds. Inadequate storage space. No fridge or microwave. Slightly small for 3 to share. Perfect for 2. Menu was always the same at the restaurant; limiting choices when one stays longer than one night.

I thought the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. I loved waking up and seeing the mountains!! The breakfast was delicious! I am gluten free and they offered me gluten free bread.

Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Cozy. Free parking and close to restaurants. We appreciated that coffee and some food was provided for breakfast in the bright and clean common area.

The location was amazing! Also the rooms are a good size. Water was hot and had plenty of it. Elevators were quick.

We had no end of problems getting in the front door with our room code. In last cases we met folks at the front door. While cleaning isn’t every day (which is ok), we had problems with codes to get new towels. Communication ended up being the larger issue. The room also wasn’t ready on time.

Good south coast stop near Vik. Spacious room with 3 beds, bath and kitchen/eating area. Lovely view.
