Excellent clean spacious apartment hotel within a 5-10 minute walk of the Acropolis museum and great restaurants and other sights. Ultra clean spacious room with comfortable beds, a softer one in the master and harder one (actual bed, not a metal pull out) in the main room, both of which were very comfortable. Great AC. Spacious apartment with a clothes washer (no dryer) however small bathrooms and very small shower about 3x4. Very comfortable rooms on a quiet side street. Highly recommend for its great value, cleanliness, staff, and location.

The host greeted us and offered us a snack and beverage. We were able to get into our rooms right away & they were absolutely spotless. That evening our host gave us a map with local restaurants in the neighborhood, not tourist places - excellent. The next morning when we were going site-seeing, it was raining - our host appeared with umbrellas for all three of us. The day we were leaving, they kept our luggage while we were out and even helped me get a taxi for our next adventure. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of food.

Traditional Greek building with open courtyard made for very slippery stairs in the rain. Stair was marble. But, I wouldn't change it for the world. Beautiful, traditional place.

We loved our stay here. A more knowledgeable and accomodating host and hostess would be hard to find. Michaelis and Katja because of their enormous experience in the industry, artistry and attention to detail were capable of creating such a delightful space. A 10 out of 10 for sure. And well deserved I should say. Breakfast was wonderful, the view of the sea a huge plus and there is parking as well. A/C upstairs and downstairs (split level) and many unexpected surprises due to their generosity. Just Stellar.

It is located a few steps from the Acropolis, in a great area surrounded by authentic restaurants and good people. The apartment is just perfect and the bed is super comfy. The hosts are amazing very welcoming and they did everything they could with helping us with a little disavventure we had. I will definitely come back to Athens and to this apartment! .

The lady that took care of us was wonderful. She treated us like family. The breakfast was great. The room was great. The location is close to Old Town. There were plenty of shops and places to eat close by.

The location is great. Great place especially if you don't have a rental car. But that part of town is a nightmare to drive and find a parking space to park.

The price was very reasonable and the host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment and the peaceful surroundings.

The bed was very uncomfortable. I would not stay there again just because of this. I also wished for a bit more space, although for the price it was ok.
