Thanks for nice short resting, before we fly back. Clean and nice room. We had no time to taste the breakfast, but arrangements were there. Machines to call taxi was easy.

They didn't have anyone for luggage pick up or transfer to room. We did manage ourselves. No one at the counter on Sunday afternoon. Front office people were engaged and tired because sudden cancelled flight people for check in .

Conveniently located near Giants Causeway on a hill with a beautiful view. Family was very friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfast in the morning.

We opened our hotel room and the first thing you could smell was damp and mold. The room was very cold and upon inspection, there was visible mold and dampness on some of the walls. We requested an alternative room which was provided but this room has the same problems. We found the heating system which only provided cold air and after a few hours of being uncomfortably cold (and the room only came with a thin blanket) we were unfortunately unable to stay and had to seek alternative accommodation. We requested a refund the following day as we were informed we would have to wait for the general manager to arrive the following morning for this to be issued. The general manager Jason was incredibly rude and denied the request stating that reception could have fixed the heating if we had asked them to. When leaving we informed the receptionist of the problems and not once did they offer any help or assistance. I don't understand how we are not reliable for a refund when we physically couldn't stay in the hotel. Since this incident, I have seen several reviews stating similar experiences with mold and broken heating systems. This hotel has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and booking.com hasn't been much help with dealing with the problem either.
