Positive section of review
Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Olympic torch was traveling past Hotel on Friday afternoon. They opened up two suites that face the Capital Square so guests could watch from the balcony. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean and modern. Staff also helped us get cabs for in-town travel. We had an amazing time and will definitely stay there again.

The only ding was that many of the electrical outlets were worn, so it required we had to periodically wiggle or move the plug to get power

The room was spacious and clean, so was the bathroom. The hotel was quite busy but very quiet and the windows were well insulated to keep out the city noises. The staff, especially at the front desk, lobby area and in the breakfast area were all very professional, attentive and helpful.

While the breakfast was good, there was not enough variety from one day to the next. The hot meals were the same. Also, there was no extra blanket provided in two of the three rooms we reserved, although there were extra pillows in all of them. And the towels were a bit scratchy.

Location, cleanliness, natural light and good ventilation. Friendly and helpful staff. Appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge. Coffee maker and coffee pods, electric pot, microwave, clothes tanker, iron, hair dryer

The cooking facilities consisted of two induction burners. There was one small pot, not large enough to make spaghetti for one person . It is on a third floor and there is no elevator

Very nice and spacious room, very clean. The staff was beyond expectations. The area is quiet and beautiful, across the road there is a river with a walking path. was perfect.
