This BNB was charming, well decorated, comfortable bed, amazing shower, double sinks!! Fantastic breakfast every morning. But the highlight is Beatrice. Warm, fun, creative, and a genuine person who made our stay very special. The property is about a 10-12 minute walk from the historical core so very quiet at night. Parking is provided in a secure location about 5 minute walk. We hired Beatrice to take us wine tasting and I highly recommend you take advantage of her connections and knowledge. Even pouring rain could not detract from the shining light of our host. PS. Her family are wonderful as well!!

Unbelievable location. Property manager was very responsive. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit that actually works. The bedrooms were separate and the bathrooms were clean and quite adequate. I would suggest a second set of towels, because we washed ours Midway through the week. We are from Los angeles, we like large cups of coffee. The coffee machine is definitely European that makes very small espressos. I would suggest that for Us North Americans who are used to large Starbucks size coffee, they place a coffee maker in the kitchen

What's not to like?You're in the middle of Paris, the apartment is very nice, and even has an elevator. That is a big plus when you're four stories up.

The staff was extremely friendly, prone to help. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. The room was oriented to the back-yard, thus pretty quiet. The hotel offers typical French small breakfast as well as rich breakfast I normally need. The dining room was newly renovated in style a terrace. The place was very close to the Montpellier University, thus for me location was perfect. The tram stop was very close.

The surrounding of the hotel looks bit wild with lot of cars parking and untreated bushes and trees. May be bit far for somebody who would like to explore the downtown.

Very clean very comfortable easy to get to train station. Washing machine. Quiet quiet we felt safe easy to get to restaurants . This apartment was well equipped and everything we needed we had . Bed was very comfortable. Close to tram also. I would definitely rent again

I guess the only only thing would be having to return the key to where we picked it up so that entailed extra work when leaving it would have been nicer to just leave key in apartment

Comfortable apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Very pleasant outdoor space that felt quite rural. Yet only a 10 minute walk to the market. The very kind and generous owner allowed us to check in at noon, as we were cycling in the rain.
