Spacious, welcoming, fully equipped (there is also a washer machine and dryer common to all guests). Perfect if you travel by car, the property's own parking space is most useful. It is great that you can access the property at any time upon your arrival. Great communication with the hosts. Plenty of useful advice, and easy access to Europa Park (as advised, it is better to take the free ferry in the morning).

There was a draining pipe issue at one point, but it was quickly fixed, and therefore it shouldn't happen in the future. Limited options to eat out or buy food supplies, you have to drive to one of the nearby towns/villages, but in the end everything accesibile within a 5-10 minutes drive.

The location, the perfect, absolute silence, big, spacious room, cute antique-preserving decoration, kitchen amenities, bath facilities (i.e. hot water, good shower, no water leak), warm welcome with water, juice, coffee pills and tea, oil, salt, etc... Clear explanations, very good wifi, explanatios for using appliances, a very responsive and nice host.
Negative section of review
Mattress uncomfortable, somehow inclined, I kept rolling to the edge; lack of any closet, hangers or any space for clothes; too many spiderwebs, one should clean these also, dirty windows, old fridge (problems with the freezer door), lack of window net (insects in the room when window is open). The bed should be moved towards the centre of the room, chances are to hit one's head because of the former fireplace.

The price seems ok, but after you get there you realize that it’s not what you have signed for. Paid facilities, fines for not cleaning your room etc. so they make everything for you to pay more than the original price.

Far away from everything, including metro( No cleaning, no towels changing, no kitchen (in my room there was no fridge at all even for $). Gym and sauna are not available (out of service). Reception doesn’t pick up the phone, no one is in charge, the guest is responsible for throwing the garbage. A lady at the reception was very rude and only promised everything (a compliment from the hotel for a dirty room at check in, flip flops to the room etc). Still waiting) good luck you guys

This is a very affordable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location is very good if you are willing to walk a little bit, which was no problem.

The breakfast room was overcrowded. And this was not even high season yet. Coffee machine broke and there were people waiting in line. Only 1 croissant a person. Other than that it was ok.
