The location was amazing! Metrostation called Bella Centar which is passing the center of Copenhagen is literally 25 steps away from hotel and at the other side, just one station from Field’s shopping center. The room was not small at all, there is enough of towels, the room had kettle and teabags. The “banch” in the room is really cool and the decoration is nice. Hairdryer is really nice. There is a small shop in the hotel where you can buy water, snacks, tootbrushes, coffe etc. and a free of charge coffee/Cappuccino. The parkinglot is amazing but is paying separately from the hotel. You can even stay parked if you already cheched out (then you just pay until when do you want - 2,10 or 24 hours). It can be a little loud because of the Metro but that didnt bothered us at all. The hotel is really nicely decorated and we will come again.

There was some hairs in the bathroom - on the toillet and close to the sink which i didnt really liked but cleaned for myself and it was fine (it can happend!). The ventilation was not really working so when we came it was a bit hot in the room but you can also open a window if needed :) The water pressure is a bit low.

I really enjoyed my stay at the CityHub in Copenhagen. It is located on a main street with easy walk to Nyhavn, or Metro. I had some of the best rest in the Hubs. The vibe, lobby format, automation- wristband, coffee, tea, beer, wine, vending, locker rooms. Hosts are really friendly and helpful. The sauna, cold shower is awesome after a long day of traveling. If you're a digital nomad, there is a call room as well as chill out section where movies are played every Sunday. I will definitely book CityHub when I visit Copenhagen, Amsterdam or Rotterdam next year!

Right on Norreport Metro station. Steps from Outstanding Food Mart. Good location for using Metro and walking city. Good breakfast with roof top view.Good sized room. Seemed like Hotel design was an afterthought to fit in space

Room loud with outside noise most of night. Had to leave windows open for air and to keep room cool so this made noise worse. Very busy people Hub. Loud yelling and screaming with drinking. Might have been graduation weekend.Happy hour was a joke . Everything drinkable was at our cost. Other than breakfast Hotel food options were none existent other than alcohol at bar. This seemed to be mainly because of view. They should at least offer better bar food for light meals.

WE arrived just before 6 PM and unfortunately there was no one in the reception at the time even though we under erstood that they close at 6 Pm Had a hard time finding the building to get the keys but when we entered the room we found out the electric outlets didn't match our needs because all our phones and computers require US type outlets or charge ports ( USB or C) Tried to contact the emergency number listed in the instruction package but no one took the call . WE left a message but we never received an answer . The other issue was water . Usually hotels sell you the water or provide it for free We had to walk a couple of miles to find a grocery store that sells water . We could find the electric adapters . We only found one USB adapter for one of our phones WE realize this is a historic building but we live in a different period . Anyone visiting this hotel from the US will be extremely frustrated because of this THe second day all this changed . The breakfast exceeded our expectation, the receptionist was able to help us charge a phone and and a computer, and were told that the tap water in the room is safe to drink In short it was a happy ending . the staff was very helpful and made us forget all about the frustration we incurred on arrival My recommendation to the hotel : Invest about $10 in an electric adapter and write a sign in the bathroom " The water is safe to drink)

Poor service at restaurant - had to clean tables to get a seat (there were plenty of tables but none were clean - we even asked for it) Doors trashed in hotel room Shower is in a tub
