Well located a minute away from the train station. The room was comfy and well isolated from noise. Breakfast amazing for local.

Well not about the hotel but about the transportation service really bad : 4 days in Copenhagen, and our minimum delay was 40min. It toke us 1hour to arrived from the airport (5min by train normally). Hopefully a good room was waiting for us at the arrival.

Great location, very central, clean.

Quarters were very small, hard for two people two maneuver around in double room. Charge for use of kitchen upstairs was little excessive. We just needed to have a fork to eat our food we bought. We had to pay DKK 40 in order to do so, even so we told the front desk we needed it only one time and couldn’t use it for the whole week since we left the next morning.

Manager was rude. Although coffee is advertised, he said we couldn't get any. There was no coffee in the room. He gave us a teaspoon of instant coffee for the room. There was no salt and pepper, sugar, oil or one other basic kitchen supply. The kettle wás faulty. No teabags. Worst of all was our room was on the third floor with very difficult outdoor steps. I literally could not use the steps without help. This was not mentioned anywhere on the Booking.com site. We felt we'd been deceived and poorly treated.

Room was filthy! Dirty shower, floors, cups, hot water pot, vents full of chunky dust, curtains reek of dust, lumpy/old comforters. Shower drain was plugged and had to turn off shower several times to drain to finish showering.
