Our stay was amazing. All the staff was super helpful, especially Fabian. He answered all of our questions and made everything much easier for us. The cook, Lourdes is a wonderful person. She made sure we had the food we wanted and took good care of us. We felt so at home. It was peaceful and our view from the room was wonderful. I am not a pool person but the view from this pool was the best. The place was clean and had a fridge and stove and microwave. All came in handy. We had a parking space near our room so that made us feel comfortable. There is no AC but that was not a problem because the weather was nice and we had an extra fan taken to our room. I would visit this hotel a thousand times more. The price for what you get is great.

The only thing I did not enjoy was driving up and down the hill to get back and forth between the hotel and downtown area. But, this was because we did not have the appropriate car. Please get an SUV if you are renting a car. The road is rocky and rough for a low car.

Great location only 5 minutes from La Fortuna waterfall. Rustic lodges in the rainforest, each having privacy from the others. Walking trails in back of lodges. Loved the high ceilings and the wood accents, the air conditioning, the coffee maker in the room, and the balcony with rocking chairs. We sat outside and watched birds upon our arrival. Shower was spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Host was very friendly and offered tours if we wanted them, including a night walk onsite.

As we checked out and was asked how our stay was, I responded, “This place was pure magic.” The property is small and off by itself. Our room was perfect for our family of five and brought not complaints. Beds are firm and comfortable. (Best sleep I have gotten in months.) Quick walk to beach. Beautiful pool. Friendly and helpful staff. The best part was our porch where we watched birds and howler monkeys. I would go back in a heartbeat.

The staff was amazing and helpful. Really wonderful people. Great pool. Apartments are a great size. Easy access location The design of the building is cool because though being right on street you can't hear much of traffic and being at pool feels pretty secluded. Nice sunny pool deck. Walkable to the tiny downtown stores. Get your laundry done here too!

The beds were a bit lumpy sort of felt like a futon. Still can hear road noise at night. Tiny tiny bathroom with no fan.

Location, quiet, just outside town of Montverde. Clean lodge with comfortable rooms, having privacy. Lovely bird noises outside. Ecological preserve with night tour within walking distance as well as several restaurants. Offered a laundry service which was great. Free breakfast was filling and delicious.

Was quite a walk into town, but could have taken a taxi or driven in 5 min. Too many covers on the beds but they were comfortable.

The elevator doesn’t work . There was no electricity in half of the day no hot water or no water at all on half of the day the food in the restaurant it’s horrible. I do not recommend to nobody to get and spend money about this place. !!!!!!
