The experience was unforgettable. I booked the hotel for two nights but was able to only stay one. I couldn’t sleep the night because of bedbugs - I was able to killed 20 and left them behind as proof… I have the pictures and videos and found other people posting similar pictures on google review - unfortunately I didn’t check google reviews before booking this hotel.

The location was fantastic, easy walking distance to everything and right next to the oldest bridge in bruges. The rooms were large and spacious and bathtub amazing. The hosts were fantastic and easy to communicate with and the breakfast was amazing!
