The room was so cute and spacious. Nice style and very well decorated, good mix of colours, especially the pink and blue bathroom I absolutely adored. We got upgraded and the bathroom in our room was the biggest we have ever seen in a hotel. It got a little space with 2 very comfortable single sofa seats with a good view down the city. Very comfortable bed as well. The hotel is also about 5-7mins walk to Brussel-Nord station as well.

The experience was unforgettable. I booked the hotel for two nights but was able to only stay one. I couldn’t sleep the night because of bedbugs - I was able to killed 20 and left them behind as proof… I have the pictures and videos and found other people posting similar pictures on google review - unfortunately I didn’t check google reviews before booking this hotel.

Location is good otherwise nothing is good, worst experience ever. I was in 5th floor, we had to use washroom of 4th floor, shower on 3rd floor. In my room 9 ppl were staying, its difficult to sleep after every few minutes some one is coming or going and there is bar infront of this hostel and that bar is too noicy.

Old building, no washroom and no shower for 5th floor, we had to use 4th floor washroom so aproximately 2 washrooms are being used by 25 to 35 ppl. Checkin not possible before 4 pm, hostel will not inform you the same but it is mentioned in booking. So noicy, u cant sleep. You have to set your bedsheets and blanket, you have to wash your plates and cups. What a nightmare it was!!

The staff was friendly, accommodating, quick to respond, and resolve issues. They were helpful in getting a package mailed back to the United States, went above and beyond. Close to central station and metro.

The air conditioner was hard to regulate. It was warm in the hallways, and the first night was very warm in our room. We were upgraded to a different room, and that experience was much better. Street noise

Listing did not make it clear that it was a B&B - no staffed desk, no elevator. Nevertheless a gracious hostess and comfortable if not cushy accommodations. Go - but know what you’re getting.
