Carrefour supermarket, bakery and butcher 7 min walk away. Restaurants, Grills just around the corner. Tram station to the Kusttram, Japanese Garden, 4 min away by foot. No ocean view, but within 9 minutes at the beach. Just one tram stop from the city centre and two stops from the Train Main Station. Bathroom and Toilet are seperate. Kitchen utilities and devices are good and working. Very kind, detailed communication and helpful host.

Bathroom and Toilet has no Windows, but air ventilation. Electric ventian blinds in child's room did not work (maybe battery empty).

The location was central to the town, yet on a much quieter street. Great access to grocery, bridges, restaurants and all sites. The apartment was immaculate and very well maintained. The furnishings and decor were welcoming and stylish. The pictures don't do it justice. The host was accessible and did not put a lot of demands on departure--so easy!

Spiral stairs are steep, so be advised. Watch little ones and elderly. I loved the charm and character of the staircase, but I have balance issues. Just know to be cautious.
Geraardsbergen, Belgium

The appartement lies in a neighbourhood which was quiet. It was still close to the shops in Nederboelare! Geraardsbergen is also just next doors. The hosts were very friendly. They have taken a lot of time to collect information about the surroundings (hikes and cycling routes), which is available in the appartement.

The hotel was a very pretty boutique hotel in Bruges. It was within walking distance to many of the sites of Bruges and their historic area. The hotel was well maintained, clean abd very comfortable.

The location is excellent. It’s just a few blocks from the Grande Place, Gare Centrale and upper town museums.The owners were responsive to our need.

There was not enough light. It was challenging to read. Also, there was no cutting board or certain kitchen tools that made it tougher to cook in the kitchen. We had to improvise in the kitchen.
