This place was absolutely perfect for our stay!  we enjoyed the big window looking out over the water and watching the snowfall. The room was very cozy and we enjoyed it so much. We had dinner there several times. The food at the hotel was amazing and the staff was really wonderful, helping us arrange for transport, do our laundry, and like I said, bring us food. It was a perfect and romantic stay!

The Location is perfect!!! Right by the Mall...the bus stop...groceries store...Subway Its also located at 25min of the downtown area by foot...Great location really

We got a free upgrade for a horrible experience. The curtains together with the metal frame fell to the ground as we were trying to slide it open. The reception staff told us that they can get it fixed but it was impossible. On the first night, we slept like we were sleeping on the street. Full lights on and noisy AF. We were told we got a free upgrade and there was no other available rooms to transfer to that night. WAS IT REALLY A FREE UPGRADE OR THEY JUST F***CKED UP THE RESERVATION?? If it was free upgrade, how come we weren't able to at least move to a smaller room with a curtain?!?!? PLEASE SEE PICTURES. We got a SINGLE ancient key for the apartment. They also asked for a cash payment so it was impossible to get a refund! The shower drain in both apartments (the upgrade and the studio we got transferred in the next day) didn't drain properly. It was like taking a shower and a bath at the same time.
