Great location less than 3 minutes walk from downtown shops, but the best thing about it is would say the warm welcome and the helpfulness of the staff especially Juan he was super friendly and helped me with recommendations and how to get around and the best closest hikes If i go back there one of the reasons is hoping to find the same hospitality I received from Juan

Large room with comfortable bed and ok breakfast. Hotel was well located near shopping, restaurants, and tourist sites. The room was mostly very quiet except for a few nights of partiers outside our window. Paid parking was very convenient in the hotel basement with a discount provided by the hotel but only a limited number of spaces available.

No control over room temperature was very annoying. We received unpleasant periodic food smells through our room ventilation system. Breakfast was mediocre in quality and was very busy at times.

The staff were so kind and helpful, we had a great time with the hotel as our home base while we did some hiking nearby. There is easy access to Andorra la Vella by car and it was a good midway point for many of the major hiking routes. We loved the view and got some snow during our stay as well, which was beautiful.

Only word of caution: the pillows were a bit flat, but otherwise the rooms were clean and comfortable. Fantastic stay.

A very beautiful place on the river bank. There is a terrace where you can enjoy delicious coffee in the sound of the mountain river with a view of the mountains. Everything is clean, spacious, easily accessible. Bags can be left safely. Thank you - beautiful Andorra and Siracusa.

Receptionist was very helpful , gave detailed info where to park then later stored luggages free till we left. Andorra beautiful place and reasonable shopping without tax for us

Breakfast was good, and the beds were comfortable. Most of the staff was OK and helpful, even though some didn't speak any English or very little.

Facilities could be updated. The receptionist (with best English skills) was quite unhelpful for us. We asked about laundry service, but she didn't understand what were we even asking. After a good minute or so, she finally realized that they offer laundry service it but she advised us to use services outside of hotel, which we did in the end, on the other end of town.

We have our car parked on the garage and after a huge snow storm the hotel didn't take care of cleaning the car entrance. We had to wait for hours until the city cleaner came came.

Some tired spots in he room - crack in tub. NO coffee in the room!!!! Tea only in rooms - not acceptable us coffee drinkers needing morning caffeine rush. Even if instant please add to rooms
