The windows don't close properly, so it quickly gets hot and loud in the room, but the AC and fan work well.

The location is perfect. The room was good, with a window and great view. The room and bathroom have enough storage space and the bed is comfortable. There is also a fully equipped kitchen for use, although we didn't try it out.

The room doesn't have any windows so can be quite dark/stuffy. We had a room with a shared bathroom and the shower ended up leaving water on the floor so the bathroom got dirty quite quickly between uses.

It’s located on a Main Street, so there are loud party buses going by at night, there were two nightclubs right next door that were also quite loud on the weekends. I know Cartagena isn’t really a peace and quiet sort of destination, so it was fine and we were able to sleep using ear plugs.

Very good hostel with a full kitchen and everything you’d need. The balcony was lovely for coffee in the morning or drinks later in the day and the room was quite comfortable. Easy walking distance to el centro old town and getsemani as well. The staff was very kind and helpful too.

Mi Llave is a great hostel in a great location. They have a wide variety of rooms so you can really find the right one for you. The shared kitchen downstairs is well equipped with utensils and clean.

The host of the hostel was super kind and gave us great energy. He welcomed us with open arms and tried to make our stay as good as possible. He also got us a cab early in the morning on his own time.

Perfect for what we needed - arrived late at airport and leaving early for Rosario islands the next morning: location is walkable to the dock for boat to Isla Grande and they had affordable luggage storage for 2 nights. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Room not glamorous but had bed, AC, bathrooms worked fine and all was clean. Wi-Fi worked fine.

Hostel is in a great location, only a few mins walk to be in the heart of Getsemani. Room was a little dark due to only a small window into the corridor but was clean and had AC. Shared bathrooms and communal kitchen were always clean. Would recommend for the location!

The walls of the rooms are not sound proof at all. You can hear people using the bathroom, and hear people talking in their room as if you are in there with them. There are two night clubs next door that play music from around 11 pm to 4 am most nights, so hopefully you can sleep through that, I had a difficult time.

The location is superb. Everything in this neighborhood is within a short walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. The AC and dehumidifier were really nice to have.

The hostel is in a great location, short walking distance from the old town, the colourful streets of Getsameni and also Castle San Felipe. The room was spacious and clean with Aircon and a fan, we didn't personally have any problem with noise from the clubs and we were on the street side. There is a kitchen and we felt very secure as the front door is always locked and the staff let you in when you ring the bell Nelson was so lovely when we arrived late at night, always happy to answer any questions you have

The common area on the ground floor is not air-conditioned, it gets hot quickly in the evening and there are a few mosquitoes. The host put pressure on us to be paid after 2 out of 5 nights. Not always friendly at first glance, but going beyond it we realize that he is very helpful. For a 5 day stay, one of the rooms was cleaned once, the other 0.

The hotel is extremely well located in Getsemani, our favorite district of Cartagena, and 5/10 minutes walk from the historic center. The common area on the ground floor is pleasant and a computer is available. Shared bathrooms are cleaned regularly. The door of the hotel is closed, like everywhere in Colombia, but the host opens quickly at all hours of the day. The host will be able to inform you and book you activities and buses.

Maybe we expected a window in the room, but we had the cheap option , in the end we didn't miss it, gave us a really quiet room.

The room which we had was simple, buy the Airco worked really good. The location is quiet, but really near beautiful and vibrant Getsemani, the old town is nearby. Around the corner a cheap bank and multiple coffee spots, but would recommend to walk to Getsemani for a lot of choice. Getsemani is vibrant in the evening, highly recommended. Kitchen available for own use.
