You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room could have been a bit cleaner and there is a residual smell of smoke from the AC but i suspect its normal at most hotels given how many folks smoke here. I am a non smoker so maybe noticed it more than others. Worht noting that the ATM over the road from the hotel serves the odd dodgy 100 yuan note so be careful when getting money out. Apart from that a solid stay.
the location is great for any of the main markets which could be as little as a few minutes to the leather market which is behind the hotel or to the main fashion, watch and other clothing markets a 10-15 minute walk. Staff are brilliant and very helpful especailly at the front desk and restaurant. The restaurant is in the hotel and whilst there are loads of places to eat in the area (within a short walk) this is wholesome chinese food and very good value for money.
