The hotel is very well located and is walking distance to most places of interests. DIY laundry service provided. Adequate Asian/Western buffet breakfast. The room is reasonably big and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is above a disco, on the lower floors you can sometimes hear the music. So if you want to go to bed very early, and/ or sleep very light, this might not be the best choice for you.

The breakfast is not "Superb" as it is in the description of the room. Breakfast is very simple with small options.

The description of the hotel, rooms and pictures are true. The rooms are clean and tidy. WiFi is good. There is a kettle in the room with free coffee, tea and a bottle of water. The hotel is in the center of Xi An, a few meters from the metro station. Communication before arrival was professional. There is a small shop across the street from the hotel.

Room is clean and big. Breakfast is nice with variety choices. Staffs are friendly. So far so good for all and mostly are up to satisfaction level. If have chance to visit Chengdu again, definitely will be my choice again.

First room we were in on 6th floor had a bass noise from a social club beneath our room that went on until 3am. Staff moved us to a room at the other end of hotel. No fridge in rooms, needed for medical injection. Breakfast very limited for western palate

The address was not easy to translate and the Didi driver could not find the hotel.

Loud nightclub nearby, breakfast room too small and messy

It is quite noisy in the room, you can hear the vehicles passing through the nearby streets all night long. The reception staff did not speak English. They used translation apps, and so we managed to communicate with them. But in my humble opinion it is not OK for a hotel of an international chain, where guests come from all over the world, to have reception clerks without at least basic English.

The triple room is OK for three persons, there is enough space for big suitcases. Everything is clean. There were washing machines and dryers on our floor, so we could wash and dry our clothes - very comfortable is when you are on a trip for weeks.

Dryers in the laundry room are very inefficient (it takes a few cycles to dry your clothes), the staff at the front desk does not speak English, and there is a bar next to the hotel that is very loud until very late at night (2-3 AM).

The breakfast was great, the room and the hotel are clean and well organized, laundry facilities are present, the location is fantastic, and the price is very affordable.

No staff spoke English, on arrival no warm friendly welcome, no communication on where to go for rooms/breakfast etc, no help with luggage despite the number of staff at desk and around. I had booked hotel nearly a year before and requested rooms together, this was not facilitated. There is a noisy club next door to hotel until 3am, I requested a room change and no communication for more than 24 hours via the email, they were not able to facilitate a change due to needing a family room.

The wifi wasn't great

The location of the hotel was perfect, in the center of Xi'an and close to the bell and drum tower. The room itself was simple but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good as well.

The room was smaller than other Holiday inn express we stayed.

Within walking distance to metro train station. Breakfast was quality and convenient. Self service Laundry was a plus. Within walking distance to Bell tower, restaurants and shops.

There is a night bar nearby. In some rooms you can hear the noise between 10 pm and 3am which is annoying.
