We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe Hotel combines the architectural beauty of a 19th century palace hotel and the taste and carefulness of the family that runs it. It does make a difference when the owner personally welcomes you while you take an apero in the hall of the hotel. My tastefully designed room had a wooden floor (🙏🏻) and was obviously recently renovated. The Spa is nice and the dinner was delicious. I will come again.

Very friendly, welcoming host. Very helpful and flexibel also when it comes to special needs or requests. We explicitly loved the food - at breakfast and dinner. That was amazing!

Exceptional property that oozes class opulence and sophistication. Cosy rooms fantastic food and staff where everything is accommodated with a smile. A nice touch also by both owners to introduce themselves and make sure everything is to your liking . A quality hotel in a quality location will definitely be back

Everything! It’s just exceptional. The service from the staff, the property itself, the rooms, the bar, the spa areas, the food. We were there for the Glacier Express from St Moritz to Zermatt so we only stayed one night, which we now regret. We were picked up from St Mortiz train station by the hotel, and when we got there, the receptionist showed us around the hotel explaining it all. We get there in time for afternoon tea and cake which was serviced by the waiters in the lobby bar while the pianist played. Later we went to the spa and pool which was a great facility to have, and great quality. Afterwards, we got ready for dinner, with tremendous amenities in the bathroom such as a foot mask and hand creams. We at at La Trattoria, which was a lovely meal (and actually reasonably priced for such a fine hotel), but before our reservation, had drinks in the bar (again with pianist). Even though the stay so far was amazing, best was yet to come in the form of breakfast the following morning. Such an amazing hotel stay, sad we only stayed one night, but we’ll be back!

SwitzerlandMy family and I had a great time at the Walther. There was really not much to dislike. The room cleaning was very attentive altough we had twice to ask to come clean the room in order for us to let pur dog in the room. But nothing worth mentioning.
The Hotel is amazing with beautiful ddcorations. The staff is always friendly and very caring. They get to know your likings and are so forthcoming. Every afternoon you can get cake and tea in the salon. The Spa facilities are very nice and clean. The food is amazing. I really liked how the owner Mr. And Mrs. Walther regularly came to ask if everything was in order. They are super friendly to dogs and even prepared a bed for our dog.
