When we checked in we didn’t realise there was no bar in the hotel, but, it’s so close to good bars and restaurants it didn’t matter.

Fridge was hard to open.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety. We came by train and the hotel was literally at the end of the platform. Double glazing meant no noise from trains though. Comfortable beds.

Put more love into the breakfast buffet. Everything was delicious, but it lacked a little love.

The hotel is very central, close to the train station, nevertheless with closed windows, the room was quiet. The personnel is exceptionally professional and makes the guests feel welcome and cosy. The room was very clean, the bathroom sparkled and even in the shower, which is critical in most hotel rooms, was spotless. I loved it and i especially loved the many Freddy Mercury themed pictures, video screens, and little details referring to him. Great job!!!

Slightly noisy if open window.

Location is perfect. Walk straight from platform 1 of the Montreux station. Room is basic but clean, great shower, can open window. It was a bit noisy from celebration in street as Swiss win the Eurovision. There is coin operated laundry, CHF 5 for washer and dryer each. No change. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent with hot and cold items.

The Freddie Mercury Suite was fabulous: exceptional view over the lake and the mountains from the large balcony. The hotel staff were all fantastic - kind, attentive and very helpful. Breakfast: excellent. Location: excellent. The hotel is located at the end of the train station platform.

As it is next to the train station, the train track sounds was audible. but it was completely manageable and the proximity to the train station was what my family needed for this stay as we had to catch an early flight at the airport.

Fantastic location!! just on the train tracks -suitable for travellers who are in transit or need to catch early trains. The room (quadruple room) was huge, with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, perfect for our family. Shower area and toilet area was separate, each fitted with a sink. Superb design and very practical. My family really enjoyed our time here.

Great room on 5th floor with balcony and wonderful view, comfortable bed and shower, very responsive staff and tasty breakfast. Great location if arriving by train - hotel front door accessible from train platform #1!

The shower was very small. All flat surfaces were covered with dishes and appliances and not a lot of space for us to put our belongings down. Need more accessible outlets.

Location was great. Room size was excellent! Appreciated the space of the family room along with the seating area. Wardrobes were great but it would have been nice to have a bench to lay suitcase out on for unpacking, rather than the floor.

Our room had a few odd inconvenient details like no outlet in the bathroom for hairdrying, and no outlet on one side of the double bed for overnight phone charging. Also it was nice that a small espresso machine and coffee pods were provided, but the quality of the coffee was not good.

Cool decor, modern, great staff, comfortable bed, clean. We also loved that the hotel was two-minute walk to the train station.

They said they were near the train station when I emailed but it would have been great if they gave us specific directions. We walked out of station and maps sent us a longer way.

Location right on the train platform . Staff very welcoming when we arrived early offering us a coffee and fruit. We got a treat of a bar of chocolate in our room.?

Steps from train station. Amazing, clean rooms . Freddie Mercury theme was seen throughout with pictures , towels, dinnerware. Balcony with views of mountains. Wonderful breakfast. STAY HERE when in Montreux!!!
