We had only half of toleit paper and nothing else. We couldn't connect the TV in the wifi. WiFi was poor. We didn't have hand soap.

The place was well located and the apartment was big.

No staff and no communication. Weird check in process - they leave an envelope at the side door with everything you need (very unsecure, anyone could take it and enter the building/your room, must be a very safe town!). Fortunately I had read previous reviews so I knew about this but someone who hasn't would turn up and have no idea how to get in or who to talk to. Bathroom was falling apart, shower head wouldn't stay up and the tap on the sink was loose. Could have done with a better clean too. Thin walls. We used the last of our coffee which wasn't topped up the next day

Beds were comfortable, room was a good size and warm. Nice views of the mountains. A common room with microwave and kitchenware and the room had a jug

There wasn’t Internet in the hotel, so I asked the nearby restaurant to connect to their internet

Bad wifi reception from the rooms. Check-in time of the property was from 15:00 on the booking app, but I got there and waited for 1 hour in the cold for the host after he had ignored my calls and texts. He got there, totally unapologetic and said that check- in time was changed to 16:00. Hope they make the needful updates. Besides these, everything else was good.

Everything about the property was good; the location, interior facilities, bathroom, heating system, beautiful mountain view, cleanliness, etc. It also had a café right opposite it. on top of it all, it was very affordable!!

Creaking wooden floor in the room. Also, they have only stairs so tenants would need to carry their luggage to the room.

Hassle free check in and check out. Though the place is 15 minutes away from the train stations, it is easy to reach by taking bus from the station and the place is right opposite the bus stop. However, you would not be seeing the entrance to the accommodation immediately as the access door is on the side.

The bus line goes from interlaken west to hotel. So in case you arrive at interlaken ost take another train and get off at interlaken west station.

No lift, only stairs to go up. Will be a little hassle if carry luggage. Bed was too soft too my liking.

Extremely convenient as the bus station is right at the hotel’s doorstep.

Half of the blankets were made of a weird synthetic material that was uncomfortable and not breathable. The room was very hot, so we opened the windows. But that led to noise coming in from the outside, e.g. from the bar downstairs and cow bells from somewhere across the street. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom.

We had the corner apartment on the second floor and the view out the window was beautiful, with snow-capped peaks visible even on a somewhat cloudy day. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Self check-in was straight-forward, though we couldn't find instructions for check-out.

The room was not the one in pictures, looked uglier in the bathroom and pretty much dust in the fan. No soap or body wash...

Smooth check in, no one was there, only a board with envelope with instructions on how to get the key inside a box. They had a water heater and coffe/tea in the room.

Stairs were steep, narrow and hard to navigate with luggage.

We loved the deck. We were on the 3rd floor.

No staff on-site and unresponsive via WhatsApp (the only method of contact they provide). Don't expect any answers, information, help, or baggage storage whatsoever. Rooms are dated and very basic, especially considering the price you're paying. Showers are small and showerhead wouldn't stay in place. No soap to use for the bathroom sink. You can hear every single sound from the hallway. Rooms get hot (even in cool weather) with the windows closed, but if you open the window there's a lot of noise from the street.

It was a decent and clean place to sleep. Wifi was good. Nice balcony for communal use.

The only problem is there is no lift, we carried the luggages on the top floor. Sooo tiring.. We wished there is an elevator coz its really troublesome.

The location is great very accessible bec infront is the bus stop. The beds were comfy.

The room was very hot, no fan provided. Bathroom was like a sauna. Very little storage space.

Good location , confortable beds. Bus stop outside the door and 10 min walk to the train station and the Center of town. Ot had a comunal kitchen to store food /drink and a shared balcony with seating.

Got the top floor room.the one with a roof window.great to take a peek to the stary sky.there is minimal staff involvement which feels weird but its feels fresh for a change .
