Location location, location. This hotel has a perfect location and faces the Matterhorn. It is difficult to imagine a better view.

We love our room! You can see Matterhorn when you are in the bed ,and the balcony is perfect . The view is really amazing !

Slight noise from the morning operations of the cable car next to the hotel, but nothing major.

Breakfast can be ordered the night before and delivered straight to your doorstep. It was fantastic and basically a buffet spread right in your own room.

Literally everything. The staff, the room and the view from the hotel are fabulous! I love the outdoor jacuzzi very much - we spent entire afternoon watching Matterhorn soaking in hot tub, which is perfection for holiday!

There was some construction in the area next to the hotel which was our view. But that is out of their control. The room temperature was a little warm so we slept with windows open.

Absolutely loved the outdoor garden area and pool with a view of Matterhorn. The size of the property also made for a quiet and relaxing, boutique hotel vibe.

Was one of the highlights of our stay in Switzerland. Breakfast in bed, pool looking at the Matterhorn, super nice staff, beautiful amenities/building, close enough to town without being in town. To top it off we got a ride to the train from Mr. Zurbriggen himself. Would no doubt stay here again, would be lovely in winter time.

A small, quiet, idyllic family-hotel. Very friendly staff and owners, The view is fantastic - direct view to the matterhorn. We loved the romatic candelight-dinner with fondue in the small guarden. We will defenetely book this hotel on our next trip to Zermatt.

Everything! Pirmin and Moni are genuinely kind and lovely people. They will bend backwards to make sure you have a great time here. Olympia Suite was beyond perfection. It was spacious, equipped with everything you could ever need and had a million dollar view of the Matterhorn! Staying here was the highlight of our 12 day trip across Switzerland. Can’t wait to be back next year!

The entire place is so comfortable and we didn’t want to get out of the apartment and explore Zermatt! 😅

Everything! The hosts, the room (bed, furnishing, space, views), the facilities/pools, the breakfast, etc. The stay is the highlight of our stay in Zermatt and is a destination in itself! Appreciate Pirmin, Moni and Maria hospitality; and also Pirmin’s concern for my son’s sprained ankle, offering an ice pack to reduce swelling.

the staff are too kinde ghey are just like a family, the location is perfect, its like you hug matterhorn 🥰 the room is too beautiful and comfort as well, swimminpool and spa was great, they serve the. reakfast in the room wich is really comfort and can choose the breakfast time,i cant wait to book it again. 😍

we stayed in the Little Dream Chalet which is an external unit away from the Hotel. An important part of the room feature was a fireplace, which did not work. When asking the staff to fix that the response was that it was not possible. The breakfast was a joke - we got a small portion of bread maybe enough for 1 person and the fruit selection was ridiculous. My recommendation to the Hotel would be to put a little more effort into looking after customers especially when you are hosting them outside of your main building.

the staff was extremely helpful in getting our luggage from one hotel to the other as well as to the train station.

everything was perfect

the property has everything you need for a relaxing day after hiking or being in the snow. Warm pool, beautiful views and very sweet staff. Monika and Pirmin were extremely gracious and very sweet. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to have a nice relaxing vacation.
