I booked Beausite Hotel for the great reviews and beautiful scenery on booking and it definitely matched the praise. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. The concierge service was outstanding (Thomas and Anja). They were incredibly helpful in recommending restaurants, arranging activities, and answering any questions I had about the city. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. The room service was also excellent. The rooms themselves were spacious and beautifully decorated. They offered stunning views of the Matterhorn which added to the overall ambiance. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The reception desk staff was also very welcoming and friendly. They greeted me with a smile and made the check-in and check-out processes smooth and efficient. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of my stay. The variety of food was incredible, with fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and a wide selection of beverages. It was a great way to start the day.

SingaporeThe man at the counter near the taxi drop off . He never spoke to us the entire stay. Even our taxi driver said he was rude to him also. Didn’t serve Margaritas at the bar and couldn’t make them.
Outdoor spa at the end of the day to relax into with great views. The staff at breakfast were so friendly and went above and beyond to interact and chat. Front counter staff were also very friendly. Loved the dog in the day spa. Loved the piano bar playing live music at night.

AustraliaIf you're after a dinner reservation at The Grill, make sure you book in advance. We didn't (our fault) so missed out on a table here. Literally everything else was perfect.
What a fantastic hotel! Extremely classy and high quality design. Very welcoming with friendly service by all staff. We had our bags delievered by SBB the day we arrived and it was already in our room when we checked in. Room was spacious, ours had a great little alcove/bay window with cute armchair to admire the view, room seemed to be serviced multiple times a day and little treats were left every day much to our delight. We wanted to ski but the weather was terrible (Easter 2024) and the concierge was so reluctant to sell us ski passes as only a few lifts were opened. We appreciated this concern , rather than just selling us full priced ski passes without warning. The spa and wellness area was exceptional. Good number of saunas (note - these are naked areas) including the cute little one outside (not a naked one!). Loved the outdoor heated pool, great temperature, and perfect for those snowy/windy days when the slopes are closed! Due to the weather, we spent a lot of time in the bar playing cards and having drinks with friends - the two bartenders there were so friendly and professional without being pushy with drink service. They joked with us and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Honestly, it's one of the best mountain hotels I've stayed in.

MalaysiaI requested a high floor earlier (a few weeks) before my reservation. A bit disappointed that I was only given the 2nd floor on arrival. I did request to change to the 3rd floor after check-in, however, I have been informed the room has been arranged for someone else, but I found out there was no one staying in the room above during my 3-day stay there. On the last day, I checked out early (7.00 am) to chase for the Glacier Express train and informed reception the day before. Rushed to pack some food for breakfast in the hotel restaurant on the checkout day, but a bit frustrated when the restaurant people informed me that they could help prepare and pack some food for my family if the reception people informed them. Seems there was no communication there. The rest are all great. Well done.
The hotel provided excellent 'Swiss vibes' for vacation, the panoramic room view was cool, breakfast was great and all staff were friendly. The hotel provided a shuttle service to the train station and kept me updated on my arrival for pick-up, which was very helpful. The concierge gave me suggestions on a suitable place for my kid to play snow in Zermatt. Kudos to the guy! (Sorry, I forgot his name). I was lucky the weather in Zermatt was great during my stay, I could see the 'golden' Matterhorn view every morning from my room - simply magical!

United KingdomThe skiing equipment that recommended and has discounted with the hotel is far from the station, would have to carry all the equipment with 10 minutes’ walk. Maybe choose from another store is a better choice.
Literally the best hotel throughout my whole Swiss trip. The room is big and clean, the service is always helpful and kind, the spa and sunna is comfy (remember to bring your own swimsuit), the breakfast is brilliant.
