Lack of facilities and front desk refused to provide 1 additional fan on our request. Breakfast was OK but it should have more vareity.

Location is just mind blowing and exceptional with views of mountain and local village.

Quite a number of small creepy crawlies but with the location close to the nature, it is understandable.

Very small rooms for the price paid, no microwave oven in the entire property, no air conditioning in the room (we went in summer and it was quite hot)

Nothing major. Bathroom is a little small & outdated but it was clean.

Great location for us, away from the busting crowds of Interlaken but close enough for easy train access. Beautiful outlook, peaceful, onsite restaurant & friendly staff.

The sink was in the room with a courtesy screen that you could see straight through. Using the toilet and then having to go into the room to wash hands was not good. The main dissapointment though was the breakfast. No toaster, very basic, and not much choice.

The view was the best you will get in Wilderswill. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great

Breakfast to take away was only possible if requested before 18:00 the day before. Requested it at 18:20 but that wasnt possible anymore.

Only 20 min drive from Lauterbrunnen, where you can make beautiful hikes. Hotel restaurant was also good. Basic rooms bit expensive for what you get, but in this area a good price. Pizza place on 7min walking distance was also really nice!

The pillows were a little too high for my taste and the scrambled eggs a little too hard. That’s pretty much it.

Difficult to beat value for money. The room was comfortable and clean with a great view. Note the sink was outside the bathroom, not really a downside but worth knowing. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was solid. Good choice of sweet and salty options with nice fresh bread, cheeses, cold cuts and fresh fruit.

The floor makes noises, so we could hear people walking from the floor above. It did not bother my sleep but it's definitely noticeable. Half board menu for dinner was very underwhelming, I would rather have chosen Ala Carte if I knew earlier.

Location is great, I absolutely loved the view of Jungfrau from the hotel rooms Free carparking is such a bonus. Breakfast is quite good, I loved the croissants there. The lady working at the breakfast time ( during our 3 nights stay ) was very lovely, she should have a payrise, it definitely elevated my experience during the stay.

Beautiful location with a great view of the mountains. Only a few min walk to hop on the train to go to Interlaken or the mountains.

The bathroom is very small.

The view was spectacular and the breakfast was lovely - so much choice on offer! I couldn't have asked for anything more: the hotel is a 2-minute walk from the train station at the end of the road. It's the perfect place to stay when visiting Interlaken. Would thoroughly recommend!
