We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom was by the stairs so you could hear people walking up and down noise was an issue, shame no sound proofing as also lots of people talking in walkways. On the top bunk the power plug is upside down, very silly design, so my power plug kept coming off. The lady at reception did offer a big elastic band but that is a design fault, everyone must know about gravity plug should be on top or side then this issue won't happen.
Location was great just outside the train station Interlaken Ost, Room was 4 Bed share, you have a locker and desk to share so room was not feeling too cosy. Breakfast was good. You can borrow a hair dryer from reception with 20CHF deposit, better just to have communal dryers screwed on to the wall then don't need to ask everyday (I know it's not the hostel's fault as you get some bad travellers who steal hair dryers)

GermanyThe location is perfect. Breakfast so far ok as a level of a hostel. The rooms were clean. The staff during the day time at the reception counter were nice and helpful, but the ones who worked at evening shift were not so friendly. However, I understand that they were too busy.

IndiaWe were two ladies above 55 years. Had to climb to the top berth, since the lower two were already occupied by young girls. Will be good to allot lower beds to people above 50. Also great if couple rooms are available.

United KingdomMens dorm of 4: Bad experience in the dorms due to a group of grown-up men that decided farthing is allowed and constantly done it throughout the night all 3 off them. Also at 5am they started to have a chat! Disgusting and very annoyed, didn't get much sleep. Women's dorm of 4: there's always one that ruins the sleep for everyone 🙈😅, here also one person decided to wake up at 6am, and clean her nose with a proper machine that was making noise and brush her teeth/clear her throat at the sink provided in the room, at our heads incosiderate of the other 3 sleeping still. When we thought she left for good, returned 30 min later and started talking on the phone again in the room and this was now 7am! I guess if she is up everyone else needs to also. Obviously this is not linked to the hostel as such, manners can't be thought if they don't exist at a mature age already. The other thing i would point out breakfast was very limited, I've had better at that price for sure but I guess it's the location that makes up the price.
The mattress was comfortable, clean rooms and bathrooms, staff very friendly and helpful, and good location. Perfect if you are a group of 4 or 6 and use a whole room by yourself. Otherwise in my experience so far of hostel's there's always one "clever person " to ruin the experience for everyone.

FinlandIt would be better if there is refrigerator, shower cap and hair dryer in the room. It would be better if the hotel use blackout curtains in the room. It was too bright to sleep. The breakfast time should be longer than 9.30 a.m. and should be more options.
Staff at the reception is helpful and friendly. She gave me the travel information and took my 50th birthday an important thing. She gave me the hotel's refrigerator's space for my birthday cake as there isn't any refrigerator in the hotel room. She also helped me with taking photo with my birthday cake as she noticed that I traveled alone. The hotel gave me the excellent mountain, river and city view room as my request for my 50th birthday, I'm really appreciate that. I was really happy to stay there. I will stay here again on my next trip to Interlaken. The hotel is in the good location near the train station with the excellent view. There is also supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel. The hotel also has it's own restaurant and the food taste good.
