We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThere's no aircon, can get stuffing middle of the night. Lady staff attending breakfast counter looks very gloomy and unfriendly. May be short of staff but a smile would make guests feel more welcome.
Bed was very comfortable. Rooms on 1st floor with a side road but once the balcony door was closed, it's very quiet. Rooms are very clean, looks like newly renovated. Housekeeping staff are very friendly.

FranceThe guy shouting outside (and inside) in the middle of the night - although that's not really on the hotel. We had asked for a parking spot, but the card was not parking-activated for our late check-in (we got lucky because the side door was already open, but we couldn't have entered the parking lot otherwise, as the reception was closed and nobody was around).
We could have a late check-in without hassle with a key box outside the hotel, and could even park the car in a secure place. The staff was proactive and professional. A person was causing trouble outside the hotel, banging the door and shouting from 23:00 to 0:45 (while the reception was closed), keeping everyone awake. The staff sent someone as soon as they were made aware of the issue, and we even got compensated for our troubles without asking (free parking).

It is very close to the airport with wonderful down pillows and comforters, rooms are well appointed and clean. I did not give it a 10 because as you drive up its not the best curb appeal there are worn down looking apartments next door and the outside is not very welcoming. When you park there is a digital check in that we messed with for about 10 minutes to no avail. We pushed the help button and were told to come upstairs and check in. It was quite confusing even with Google translate. Once inside it is a lovely hotel with nice decor and comfy rooms after a red eye from California we slept very well. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of choices. We discovered if you walk a couple blocks you are in a very nice area where we had a wonderful dinner.

SwitzerlandI stayed here in order to catch an early intercontinental flight from Zürich Airport without the hassle of getting up in the middle of the night to take the train from my home town. Despite proximity to runways, unusually quiet room. Very substantial breakfast and easy connection to the airport by bus from nearby (300m) train station. Alles ging wie geschmiert!
