Place lacked atmosphere. Vast corridors and the main loby meant it didn't feel cosy. Bar was not a relaxing place to sit and drink and the restaurant was not inviting

The spa was excellent as was the pool.

Parking was a bit of a pain.

the breakfast was excellent. so much food to choose from. The coffee was good and hot. Didn't get to experience the spa, and the pool area was closed for the day for maintenance.

Water pipes were sometimes noisy. Our room in particular could not be closed completely towards the corridor. Other people with us didn’t have this problem. Some parts of the spa could be maintained better. Some of the water jets didn’t work.

Breakfast selection was really good. Views and spa are nice. Treated to a free massage on your birthday.

Staff is rather indifferent, interiors are dated and worn out in places. Rooms were very hot and stuffy at night. Spa closes already at 8, so one cannot realistically go there after dinner. Also, we explicitly booked a room with three separate beds, but got one large bed with two mattresses (awkward when you are travelling with colleagues) and a sofa that was too short for any of us.

Spa is a nice feature. Breakfast was okay, rooms are clean and everything mostly works. Overall it's ok for the price point, but I wouldn't stay here if I were planning on spending much time at the hotel during the day.

Our room was situated right under the dining hall, so we constantly heard chairs and tables moving. The beds were very uncomfortable. And the garage of the hotel is not connected to the hotel so its uncomfortable walking to and from the hotel in bad weather.

Amazing staff, very helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was great. Views from the room were lovely. The spa was fantastic!!!

The mattresses were a little hard for me. Maybe the offer of a mattress pad could solve it.

The view from the room to the Glacier, river and the mountains is amazing. The room in a modern style had everything you need, included kettle, tea and coffee, flat tv, table and chair and big closet. The bed was a two 90 cm beds, Swiss style, dressed as double bed. The toilet also very complete, including bidet. Everything was very clean. No noise from neighbors or corridor or cars as the room gave to the river. People at the reception and at the spa were very friendly and helpful and speaking several languages, including Italian, English, Spanish and German. They were making all the possible to serve our needs, like giving back the Guest card at a cable card station. Breakfast is very good, served as buffet. The huge breakfast room offers as well amazing views and makes you feel you are in a castle. Spa is very nice with different kinds of sauna. The garden next to the pool, which is in another floor, is a very well cared space inviting to relax and be surrounded by nature. We were offered some complimentary parking place next to the hotel. The hotel offers the Sommer Guest Card starting from 2 nights' stay, which includes cable cars and buses in the area and is a great benefit. The location allows you to walk to some nice restaurants nearby, take bus and just be at a very quiet area. The hall of the hotel is beautiful.

In terms of cleanliness of the exterior of the hotel could be improved. The breakfast options were limited in terms of vegan options. The hotel seemed a bit deserted in terms of number of guests staying there.

The hotel overall was quite nice. Loved the interiors of the hotel. The room was smaller than expected but nice. Location was quite good.

it’s a small annoyance but I asked about early breakfast because many guests had a ski race the next morning and was told no so I bought my own ( fine). the next day when I left early I saw that indeed there had been breakfast early for the guests.
