Shower was broken and very annoying spraying water everywhere. Not helpful. Also very little room to manoeuvre around the bed.

Location was ideal for our purposes. Very near the station, clean and serviceable.

Very practical hotel. We arrived late in Basel with the train because we had an early flight the next morning. The hotel is right in front of the train station on a quiet alley. Very practical to get there and to catch the bus to the airport the next morning. The room was functional, clean, quiet and comfortable and the bathroom was nice.

There was nobody in the hotel, not a single staff member. Always so Ethical g can go wrong - losing the keys or anything else. There was nobody to cone onsite. Good for margins, not good for customers.

Cold room, not possible to set the heater higher. I do not recommend to come here in the winter. They don't even provite a kettle, otherwise I could make a tea and sleep a bit better.

There is no stuff during check-in. Shelf check-in machine did not recognize my surname. There are someone who are challenging for check-in.

Hallway was so dark I couldn't read room numbers. Door number wasn't an exact match for the paperwork so it was confusing after a long trip.

Well there is no reception and expect to check in by yourself, which is not very hard! I didn't like the pillows which were very uncomfortable and need change! There are no tea/coffee facilities. Soundproofing is also very bad and you can hear your neighbours.

It is a budget friendly hotel near the central train station! It is very convenient if you plan to travel to Colmar or Strasbourg and catch the bus for the airport. Since travelling with local transport is free around Basel with your Basel card then everything is within access since all trams and buses start/finish at the central station. The Basel card was on my desk by entering the room, which was very convenient. Cleaning was ok.
