A bit old fashioned but doesn’t bother that much

Big room, windows and beautiful view, clean and comfortable. The host speaks many languages and is very welcoming. Breakfast is handmade and tasty. Free car park, convenience stores nearby.

Easy parking outside and the hotel provided a free travel pass for the bus with a stop just outside the hotel

Super helpful host, excellent large room with beautiful views of snow mountains and lake, very good breakfast. It is a far from town center if you don’t have a car. But hotel provided a digital visitor card for taking a 15 minute bus ride to the city center.

Breakfast was nutritious, wholesome and absolutely delightful & refreshing. The fresh bread were awesome, amazing fuit juice and delicious warm chocolate drink with fresh eggs. All in the welcoming ambience of a traditional boutique dinning kitchen.

Service was very personal and it suprised us positively. The guy who runs the hotel took us all the way upstairs to show our room and explained everything very clearly and detailed. This was also my first experience ever where I got breakfast served to the table.

We enjoyed our stay and will recommend this to anyone visiting the Luzerne region. The view from our room was beautiful and the room was big and comfortable. Robert is the perfect host - very helpful, professional and provided us with lost of information. The breakfast was also nice. We got a visitors card and used that to visit Luzerne by bus - very convenient. Will recommend anyone visiting the this area to stay at this guesthouse.

Maybe this isn't the hotel's fault but we can hear the upstairs guests talking so loud, we couldn't sleep continuously.

The breakfast was amazing, the room size and staff.. It's beyond what I expected. The staff will walk you through everything you need for a comfortable stay. I never had that kind of attention from other hotels.

The soap in the bathroom wasn't my kind of smell. Shampoo and conditioner available would be nice, and a little fridge would be an extra plus if it was there. The entrance hall at the main door and elevator area was very nice with all the plants, but there was a very smelly plant. I think it was the plant.

Very nice and idyllic accommodation in a very nice area. Staff is very friendly and treats you very personally. They show you your room and explain everything. Breakfast very nice and personal and they bring all the food to your table. You feel very welcome. The room is very spacious and nice new bathroom. Bed is very big and comfortable. I would definitely come back.

The hotel is very conveniently located for public transportation into Lucerne and to other towns near the mountain resorts. It offers views of the lake. The owner was extremely helpful and made me feel very welcome.

We thought we could not have breakfast in the morning because of the early arrival of the bus. However, the staff tried to provide breakfast earlier for us even though we told them 30 minutes before the starting time of breakfast. They did it very kindly and still tried to provide the best services. Thanks a lot.

Bit old fashioned but didn’t spoil the holiday

Good location, far enough out of Lucerne to be quiet but close enough to drive. Parking on site, bus route at front of hotel. Good quality WiFi and nice and clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast

2 things which we didn’t like 1. We stayed with 4 nights but they didn’t clean the floor but they had cleaned bedsheets n bathroom 2. Checkout time was till 11:30 am. We had gone to city n arrived at 11:15, we were disappointed that our luggage was kept outside room
