A very nice family own hotel, clean rooms, and very friendly staff! The variety at breakfast, really prompt service, and the location close to the town center and very close to mountain gondolas are a great plus for a nice stay in beautiful Grachen! I appreciated the friendly atmosphere, and not to forget free parking places right at the hotel! Thank you for all!

The room was pretty small with basic accommodations, the hot tubs also were not very warm and busy with swimming children.

The hosts provided exceptional service, convenient location to the bus stop, train stop, zermatt and restaurants. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of options! The room was very clean!

Everything, it was a marvellous stay. We liked the location, rooms, food and size of the rooms. The personnel were very friendly, they went out of their way to accommodate all requests. The property was extremely clean a real 10/10.

The hotel won "most friendly hotel" award in 2017 - rightfully so, still amazingly friendly in 2022! The staff is welcoming, helpful, speaking English. The lady who met us (Melani) explained us around and suggested few great things to do for our short stay. The dinner (not included in price) was exceptional and breakfast (included in price) was also good. The stay includes a pass to go up on a cable car (definitely do it even for one glimpse, it's just 30 mins cable car roundtrip). Budget allowing, book it - it's one of the best stays in the area

We had a very wonderful stay in Hotel Gadi. We stayed there during the Walker's Haute Route hike. The hotel staff members were very friendly and helpful. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The hotel owners and the waiter constantly checked on us to see if we needed anything. Their breakfast buffet offered the best selection in all the hotels we've stayed during this trip! We highly recommend this hotel.

Martin and family were the best hosts we have encountered during our travel in recent years. The location was good, very close to gondola and busstop. The rooms and the food was great. But we really loved the people running this hotel. Excellent service with smile, always trying to go an extra mile to ensure our comfort when we stayed at hotel Gadi in Aug 2021.
