Beautiful hotel, centrally located in a very peaceful area. Conveniently close to the bus stop where one can take the bus to the ski area. Room beautifully furnished and both room and bathroom very clean and spacious. Confortable bed and good breakfast. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We'll be happy to return!

Hotel is located some distance from the main road in a very attractive part of the town. However, it is a long and difficult walk from the main bus stop and the website needs to get better direction on the hotel's location from the main public transport links.

While it was actually better for me, I wasn't in the main building. For some, that might be an issue so that should probably be made clear. I'd hate for a guest to be needlessly disappointed by that.

The staff was extraordinarily welcoming and friendly. I felt appreciated as a guest and comfortable at all times. They answered all of my questions and provided excellent suggestions. Great location. Only a 5 minute walk to the main road in the town, but in a lovely, quiet area that was less crowded and beautiful.

A beautiful cosy hotel in the heart of the old town. Fabulous welcome and hospitality throughout the entire stay. Lovely restaurants close by for evening meals and short distance to the town spa. Beautiful afternoon cakes! Really recommended.

I would wish to have a small fridge in the room. It is not really so necessary, but for this price I would expect this. Mini bar could even make some extra profit for the property. But this is not a complaint, just something that I was looking for in the room and didn't find.

Beautiful Accomodation in heart of Scuol. Very friendly people, spacious and clean room, bread for breakfast was so fresh, it was still warm! Location is very quiet, this part of Scuol is beautiful and romantic. I wish we could stay longer.

Excellent location close to the historic village center; well-served by buses from Scuol SBB, all shopping and restaurant facilities within easy walking distance. Great walks from right behind the house door, good breakfast variety, extremely caring and friendly staff, going out of their way to make your stay comfortable.

Be warned that many of the rooms are located in a basement, offering a view of only the feet of anyone that walks by. This could have been made more clear in the photo and description. Further, the shower/toilet arrangement results in a less than ideal bathroom -- unless you like feeling crammed. All of this results in a room that feels like a prison cell: we were so disappointed that we decided to leave after 10 minutes of being in the room. The staff was uncompromising on this (we had a 3 night stay, none of which was refunded). We ended up at the Hotel Belvedere which was just perfect.

The breakfast was decent, and the room was clean.
