No hot water in the wash basin. Shower tap was leaking. Will be good if there was a fridge too.

It was very near to the train station. Good for short stays where travellers need a convenient base near transport to move around in the day to explore nearby regions of attraction.

The balcony overlooking the river was a wonderful. Great place to sit with coffee. Beautiful. Location was perfect- right by the interlocked OST station.

Regarding price of room little bit expensive but worth it.

The property is very old but they have kept it in good condition. The rooms are not very new neither is the furniture. Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of options and is same on all the days.

Right next to the river and the train station which is of great convenience and saves up a lot of time traveling. The rooms are big. There is no AC but they do provide standing fan. The river facing room actually is so beautiful. The bed is comfortable and washroom is big.

Great location, right next to the grocery and Interlaken Ost train station, and close to Harder Klum. Big comfortable room for one person, equipped bathroom. Very comfortable stay. Breakfast spread was nice.

Walls are quite thin, we can hear the other room. They are quite noisy, also incoming and outgoing trains are quite loud also

No clothes hangars, but it wasn't really a big problem. Would be helpful if there's a torch available in the room during power failure in Interlaken Ost.

Location is perfect with travellers with large luggage. Room is very comfortable, breakfast is fine, staff is helpful.

Spacious room with a single bed and good sized bathroom - I liked the view over the river from the balcony of the room, and also the view from the dining room. Good variety to choose from at breakfast. Excellent location for the station, and a Co-op just a short distance away.

Lack of amenities and facilities. Would have been nice to have a coin laundry especially for us travellers. No fridge. Needs renovations.

We were facing the railway station… the noice from the trains was for me personally really high. I was waking up on the morning trains from 4:00 the fun was begging… On the other side my husband had no issue. Relative old furniture, wardrobe having a particularly old smell.

Breakfast was quite good with enough options incl fresh fruits. Friendly staff, ready to support with anything you would need. Clean rooms and comfortable bed and pillows

Very minor issue. It rained during my stay and the sound of the rain falling on the roof outside was exceedingly loud, but obviously this can’t be helped- no one’s fault at all its just the weather and an old building!

The most perfect hotel in Interlaken. Great location, a 30 second walk to the train station that will take you to all the popular destinations in the surrounding area, a quick walk into town, and right next to the boat that takes you out onto Lake Brienz. Very close to two Coop supermarkets which was also handy. Really lovely staff on reception who were welcoming and friendly, and the chamber maids were also really nice. The room was spotless with a comfortable bed and ample storage space. Tv with a plethora of international channels, kettle, and a nice sized ensuite. Honestly there’s pretty much nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Room is ok. But a bit noice when train are coming or going. If windows are close, noise is ok. We were given corner room, a plus. Winds was strong. But if summer months, noise and heat. It's an old hotel

Location, convenient for bus, train, to Harder klum, and cruise to Brienze. Breakfast is standard, but their bread is very good.
