Absolutely one of the the best stay in a mountain resort. The location is great directly off the slope. The hotel offers 3 restaurants with a wide variety of cuisines. Super comfy rooms and great amenities.

The ski resort was only partially open the first weekend of December, although marketed as a grand opening weekend. Ski slope down to Cervo was closed, as were many other connections throughout the resort. Ski start/finish convenience was one of the main reasons to book at cervo.

The palace or luxury hotel experience in a ski holiday configuration... Even if we are all geared-up, wet and sweaty. Something you would expect from a city or capital experience.

I don’t know where to start, fro the moment I arrived till very last minute I was amazed by every thing at this hotel. The location, the design, the facilities, lovely staff, decoration, other guests, and the cultural environment all together made my stay memorable and I would want o go back to explore more :)

One of the best if not the best hotel I stayed in Switzerland. Room was big and spacious and filled with all the amenities you need. Balcony view was perfect! 10/10 highly recommended!

No main lights in the bedroom but the lighting in the room set the atmosphere so it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Everything was amazing. Facilities were perfect. The most amazing place to unwind and relax. The staff were super friendly from reception to house keeping and restaurant staff. Food was great. Lots of choice for breakfast.

Beautiful hotel with unique design it's very cosy and relaxing. The staff at the restaurant are super friendly and welcoming. Adriana in the reception was also friendly and helpful. I'll definitely come back.

Only small issue: room quite dark and ventilation/air conditioning not realy working. No problem during dark winter days, but on on hot summer days... not easy to get a restfull sleep.

This hotel is clearly one of the best, it’s new & modern with all the facilities you could think off, one of the nicest outdoor heated pools, they have amazing restaurants to choose from, & their breakfast was excellent as well. They’ve also got new electric bikes which are free to use during your stay ! The staff are very polite and helpful, they’ve got their own free porter service waiting for you at the train station upon arrival, and they also drop you back in their electric vehicles back to the train station during departure. I’d highly recommend this to hotel if you’re staying in zermatt.
