We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

FranceI loved everything, however two small remarks: - the AC in the room is not the most recent and as a result quite loud. - the sun beds are black and get BURNING once the sun starts hitting on the pool area. Some covers would be nice.
Room had a great view on São Paulo’s skyline, and was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, and the breakfast room looks fantastic with all the plants. The gym is the best I’ve seen in a hotel. It is big and super well stocked with weights, machines, including some that you wouldn’t usually see in a hotel gym (stairmaster for example). It is also accessible to external users I believe, but it was never too busy when I went. The pool is great, and makes it hard to believe you are in the centre of Sao Paulo. Staff was nice upon check in and check out and spoke great English.

Wow! Very impressed. - big queue at reception to check in, so they gave those waiting Prosecco while we waited. - special shout out to Taylor one of their concierge to advise on dinner locations. We loved him!! Amazing advice. - it was my birthday and got very spoilt… bubbles and cake awaiting me in bedroom. Upgraded to include breakfast every day. And Taylor sent a further gift of cake to our room. - breakfast… wow! A hotel group who have moved with the times (rare). Smoothie and juice bar (including super healthy green juice), entire area for special diet options. And made to order chef items such as omelettes etc. also the coffee was great, lovely and strong… again rare for hotels! Would stay at a Renaissance again, and 100% recommend. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much!

SwitzerlandPool area is rather „rudimental“. No shades, cheap chairs and mini towels. Also, the pool is quite small and only 1.50m deep (or even less).
Excellent location, close to avenida Paulista, Ibirapuera park, Pinheiros. Bar with extensive drinks menu. Well equipped fitness. Staff was super friendly!

United KingdomThe bedrooms were a little tired compared to the very modern reception and communal area. My sleep was disturbed by the smoke detector immediately above the bed which flashed continuously.
Very good central location, with staff who were very keen to help. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had with beautiful fresh fruits, smoothies and baked goods. There was also a healthy table with lots of gluten free / plant based treats.
