We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BrazilWith the exception of that pharmacy/convenience store, during the night there are no restaurants/shops opened nearby. The bedroom feels so cold and lonely, like a hospital bedroom. Maybe because they put me in the "accessible bedroom", prepared for people on wheelchairs. But still, I didn't feel good. The TV was very small and didn't have a remote control. The room did not have closet or drawers, i had to put some of my things on the floor. There is no fridge. I knew that before I rent, but i don't like it anyway.
the location is safe, i walked around many times during the night, is very quiet. The neighborhood is good. Two blocks from the hotel there is a pharmacy 24 hours opened (Farmácia Araújo), that pharmacy is also a convenience shop, selling many types of food and other stuff, so that is very handy. It is 20mins walking distance from downtown and 10mins walking distance from "Savassi". The bedroom was in the 18th floor, the window had a good view (nothing special though). The window blocks the sound from the outside when it is locked, the blackout curtain works, the air conditioner works. The bed is comfortable. I left my belongings in the bedroom (laptop, extra cell phone, etc) and they were not stolen. The checkout is fast, just drop the key card in a box at the reception and that's it.

GermanyThe room finishing was lacking in terms of lamps, TV stand and bathroom facilities. After 22:00 there was only 1 person at the reception, which was often busy, and it made it hard to get any service (even buying a bottle of water).
Breakfast was very good and complete, the staff was helpful and positive.
