Nothing I can think of. If I were picky, if you have to leave at rush hour the traffic is very slow.

My room was huge! It was very quiet. The hotel has three buildings and I'm not sure if anyone else was staying in the same building as I was. Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of fresh and freshly prepared ingredients.

This hotel was an easy 10/10. Everything was great. Nice English speaking staff, parking lot, a good restaurant right across the street, good breakfast included. Everything was great but the cleanliness was outstanding: spotless bathroom, clean bedsheets. The mattress was very confortable. The room was big with a small balcony. The location is good for transit (south of Sofia, in the Vitosha area) and from what I understood you can use a bus to reach the city center.

Perhaps it was because of lacking English, but in the main building i thought the woman was a bit dry and rude, in the 2nd building however, the staff was incredibly friendly and always smiling.

My room was large and beautiful, very nice bathroom and good view of the city! Breakfast was fantastic, one of the best breakfast buffets ive seen. Great parking.

When booking, I indicated that I wanted a room with one double bed. Upon arrival, we were offered a room with 2 separate beds, saying that they did not guarantee anything. When we asked if you really didn’t have the room we wanted, the staff was at first indignant at our request, but in the end they provided us with such a room. This was the only unpleasant moment that spoils this wonderful hotel.

We needed to spend the night on the road from Greece to Romania. This hotel turned out to be the perfect place for such an occasion. In the evening there was a restaurant with excellent cuisine. There was also a store where we bought everything we needed for the trip. The room is also very cozy, and the breakfast is quite decent.

- the location is far from city center, but you have a bus in order to connect with the city, also you have a supermarket near the hotel and the food from the restaurant across the street is excellent. - the bath-tube was leaking on the floor of the bathroom

Nice breakfast buffet, hotel is right at one of the main roads to the city centre, more than ample parking space, the restaurant which belongs to the hotel is excellent, staff was more than friendly. All in all, a perfect stay. If we return to Sofia, we will surely stay there again.

The blankets are like paper, every move you make, they make a sound as if you're smashing papers. Unfortunately, I observe this tendency in many hotels, which is really uncomfortable for sleeping. There is no lift, it's more like a guesthouse.

Very cosy hotel, in winter it feels like you're at a ski resort. :) The rooms are spacios, clean and it's very warm, as there's both central heating and an air-conditioner. The restaurant offers extremely delicious food. We loved it! The parking is huge and there is a supermarket next to the hotel. They offer baby cot for free, which is perfect for families with small children.
