To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaPlease do NOT use ginger in your bathroom products. They give you ginger sea sickness tablets for the reef tours and if you are like me that became unwell, coming back to a hotel to shower made me feel even worse when I hit the shower. The x overwhelming odour of ginger in all your products was disgusting. Please change these products so none has to become even more sick when they return from their reef experience

Loved everything about our stay, The staff was very helpful and very professional,and also the guests were polite and friendly. Night Markets, Esplanade, Woolworths, Casino, Mall was just a walk away. Would stay at Mantra Trilogy again on our next visit.
