Most places provide complimentary bottles of water during your stay. Given we were there for 3 nights and out and about during the day at magic round this is something we would have appreciated.

The noise from others opening and closing doors was quite disruptive. Additionally, the TV is outdated and doesn't support iPhone screen mirroring.

Just minutes walk from the Central station, but away from the hustle this is a nice and cosy place to stay whilst in Brisbane. The room was aesthetically pleasing and equipped with every thing you might need. The staff were friendly as well. In all a pleasant experience.

The lobby bar was an awful experience - microwaved pork garnished with a literal piece of a succulent plant. Waited 40 minutes for our drinks and nearly an hour for the (inedible and very cold) bar food.

The Internet had a few hiccups during our stay, but everything worked after that. There are some opportunities for improvement in the balcony and breakfast buffet system. We noticed a discrepancy in our account regarding a breakfast charge. However, the staff managed to resolve the issue effectively.

The space is luxurious and inviting, especially the stunning interior design of the room. We were grateful enough to have stayed in the King balcony room with a minibar. We were thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the space and the design of everything, especially the elegant and stylish bed and bathroom.

There's nothing that I can fault with our stay; we didn't notice a thing out of place, and the staff were attentive to our needs and kind to us.

We loved the spacious room, the friendly staff and the ideal location. The front desk team were very hospitable, and the facilities were in good order. The bed was very comfortable, and the added TV features were great.

I booked a room with twin 'double' beds and that's exactly what was in the room, two double beds so I'm not complaining. Other places use the word double bed but they have queen beds. Two queens would have been more comfortable as we were a family of 3 large adults, but the beds were comfortable.

The atmosphere on arrival was welcoming and simple to check-in. The room was beautifully decorated, modern, clean with great finishes in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious! Underground parking on site. Short drive to the airport.

The cost of the room and what you get for no breakfast included and the layout of the room the tv to the angle of the bed was silly and the lighting. You can't just leave a lamp on its all lights or none
