Staff was unaware of parking options in the area. Breakfast was lacking vegetarian options.

The hotel was clean and with amanities both for personal and business trip in the room. The area is great if you come by car, there are several private parking options. Breakfast was ok. Happy we opted to ”pay as we go” instead of including it in full from the beginning.

Toilet was a little weird, the Shower has no door. It was uncomfortable for us 2 friends.

Clean rooms, location was not central but only one metro line allows you to be able to go to the centre in 15 minutes. Breakfast seemed nice but we didn’t eat.

I really liked the hotel. Excellent reception staff. Registered quickly. There is a woman who speaks Slavic languages ​​and whoever knows can communicate easily. I'll be happy to come again. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. Although it is located a bit far from the city center, the convenience of a single metro connection makes it incredibly easy to reach the heart of the city in just 15 minutes. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or questions.

There are little things to improve, not very important, but for 4* hotel I kind of expected it. There is no luggage rack, no bathroom doors in family room. Also no towel hangers and no mini bar or safety box. Everything else was really great.

If you need to visit raiffeisen halle, this is ideal hotel to stay in. Very comfortable beds, nice breakfast, easy check in and check out. Clean and nice rooms. Free water bottles. Garage is just across the hotel.

The Location was good, very Close to the U -bahn Gasometer, super good Connection to the City.. Interesting área , buildings.. Room in a good size und distribution..W.C Separate very good. We enjoyed the breakfast, variety of Things für everyone.

Room was very small, but neat and comfortable. Beds were excellent and linen very good quality. Well located, very close to metro station taking you into Vienna city centre. Close to shopping centre and shops.
