The breakfast a bit too expensive. The suite/one bedroom apartment felt somehow crowded and the bathroom a bit too small.

The staff was great, super friendly and nice. Cleanliness standard was good. Good amenities, basically all you need in an apartment, even for a longer stay. The positioning is almost perfect, right in the center. Underground garage is a plus. Probably the best value for money in Zell am See

"We arrived in the town of Zell am See for a vacation during the off-season, but we were extremely pleased with the trip. The unparalleled views, atmosphere, and sense of tranquility are undoubtedly the greatest advantages of this town. The hotel we stayed in only accentuated and enhanced the positive emotions from the journey. The rooms were spacious and well-prepared for guests. I especially want to highlight the kitchen, which was equipped with everything necessary, from coffee machines to various household appliances. The views from the balcony were impressive, offering glimpses of towering mountains, nearby hills, green meadows, and ski lifts. I also want to emphasize the staff's communication with guests. The guys who assisted us - you are the best. They went out of their way to help us in many situations, providing all the necessary information not only about the hotel but also about nearby attractions."

Staff was rude and not helpful. They responded with snarky comments to some of our questions which is unacceptable and ruined our stay.

The apartment was spacious,modern and spotless clean. We enjoyed the sauna and the breakfast. Very near gondola lift to reach the slopes and the main bus stop.

The location is superb, right next to cityxpress ski lift, close to ski hire, easy walk to restaurants and bars. The relax area is just perfect after a day in the mountains. And there is so much on offer at breakfast time, something for everyone. The honesty bar is a great touch too. A very beautiful place to stay.

Our room was always hot, even with the heating turned off. We also didn’t have a nice view - our windows looked directly over where the stairs and boot room are. A rubber cover should be put over the stairs to the boot room as it is extremely noisy when ski boots are clacking on the metal.

We stayed in the standard suite, and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the sauna and the breakfast. The location is great - an easy walk to the lifts, public transport and town.
