Not a great view from the room. Lighting in room was poorly designed (e.g, no specific light for the desk area). Interacted with 3 reception staffers: 2 great, one unfriendly.

Really could do with a small fridge in the room to keep drinks cold etc. They don’t offer food in the evenings so it would be helpful to be able to store food if you wanted it. Breakfast is very continental, i would have loved some bacon and sausage!

The location is situated between the old town and the train station, yet everything is within walking distance. Breakfast is OK, however, there is a lack of choice in hot meal options. The single room is both small and comfy. Although there is no water kettle in the room, the lobby offers complimentary coffee, tea, and cold water. There is also a room with lockers for baggage storage after check-out. Remember to bring a one-euro coin for the locker; you may receive it back after you've retrieved your luggage.

The door to the bathroom was very big and it was a bit uncomfortable to open and close it while in the bathroom (it was opening to the inside). If the shampoo/shower gel could be changed to another brand that would be great. It would be great to upgrade the TV to a smart one.

The hotel has a great location - it is very close to the city center and the bus stop is near. There is a supermarket nearby, as well as great eating places like Yiyami. The room is big enough for 2 people, and has every necessary facility. The mattresses are comfortable and we had a great sleep. There was no electric kettle in the room, but you could have a cup of tea or coffee whenever you liked to at the lounge or the beautiful terrace on the first floor. The breakfast buffet is rich and delicious - you can have anything from cereal to freshly-baked bread and pastries. Both my sister and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The rooms were sparce. The single room was small - felt like a monk's bedroom in a monastery. The double was almost as barren feeling.

Nothing as such. I could not adjust the AC temperature. I expected separate shampoo and body wash and a little provision for body lotion.

This was an amazing hotel.Room was super comfortable and big enough for 2 people. The staff were extremely helpful and I liked their breakfast options. In fact the vending machine coffee was tasty as well. The best thing about the hotel is its location.

Fab location. Great for getting the bus from the airport and a taxi rank right outside. Nice breakfast and a smallish but perfectly adequate room.
