the check in and check out staff (the same person) seemed a bit busy with other things. I don't know if she was overworked or that is her style. we didn't see any other staff at all so maybe she was running everything by herself, we don't know. we would come back and recommend this hotel though.

the rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable with great beds and nice bathroom. the location is good and there is free parking in front of the hotel. We didn't try the breakfast so we don't know about that.

Very friendly staff. Amazing breakfast with self made smoothies and red fish. Big room, 3 types of sauna. 35 mins to Ischgl skiing and 30 to Sn. Anton by car 🚙 . Dogs 🐶 friendly. Evening restaurant inside so you can have a dinner after skiing facilities. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice 👍🏻

It is unfortunate that hotels still trust architects who propose to them transparent glass doors for the bathroom, including toilet. This is completely absurd, in particular for a family room, and it tends to ruin the whole experience. I am afraid this costed two points in my rating

The food in general was really good and for a reasonable price, both for breakfast and dinner. The staff was always attentive to our needs and tackled immediately all issues we raised.

The breakfast was so and so, but it's good enough for getting something to start up the day. Other than this, everything was amazing.

The staff was great! Very nice and helpful, and every time I spoke to the receptionist I couldn't help but smile! She was very bubbly, warm and energetic and made me really enjoy the stay. The room was great, with a beautiful view and a large balcony. It was very clean and quiet.

It is about 15 minutes walk to the town center. The quality of the shampoo and bodywash is really, really cheap and not up to the standard of the hotel.

I had a nice room with a balcony and a sofa. The bathroom was newly refurbished, nice, and modern.

when I got to the breakfast room there was a machine with freshly pressed orange juice (and absolute highlight), however, after I sat and went to get some it had been replaced by cheap industrial juice. Don't create an expectation that you are not committed to sustain.

For a start, its way too expensive for what it has to offer. Apart from 1 receptionist and 1 waitress( who wasnt the kindest staff in the world) no one spoke English and we understand they dont have to, but if you are an English speaker you will struggle as we did and felt left out most of the time. The owner's wife i believe it was, who was covering the reception desk occassionally never greeted us despite me trying to say Good morning, night ect. She didnt even lift her head to look. We did not feel welcome at all in fact opposite felt like outsiders and woudnt personally go there again. On the website it says fitness (gym) and a pool, both are not in the hotel but opposite hotel or behind the hotel in a strange building.

It was clean and warm, cleaning was done properly every day!

Difficult to find any faults it’s a lovely place. If I had to find something it would be the gravel parking area. I’m not a fan of gravel parking areas particularly when manoeuvring a large heavy motorcycle. But it’s not an issue just better if it was tarmac.

Fabulous biker BMW motorrad bias hotel. Great location with spacious rooms and a lovely restaurant. Hard to find fault.
