Everything was lovely. We loved the location in the city centre, two minutes away from the sightseeing bus stop, has a rich breakfast, and has comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer. Then, on our way out, the gentleman by the reception was extremely kind to us and helped us book a taxi to the station.

The room was tiny. It had one small window that looked out onto a very small central "courtyard" , but the courtyard, if you could even call it that, was no small that handly any light could get into the room. This made the space seem somewhat oppressive

The breakfast was delicious. The staff was wonderful. The location was close to all the sites was wanted to see. We could walk to everything

It was my second time in this hotel. We reached the hotel early in the morning at 7 AM and the staff was so helpful that they checked us in at that moment. It’s right in the center of the city. The metro station is just one minute walk from the hotel. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was perfect especially Prosecco in the morning. We enjoyed our stay here and will return again definitely 🥰

Excellent location nice and quiet street, room was a good size and very comfortable, bed and pillows were comfy. breakfast had a good selection and anything you asked for the staff were very helpful. hotel was spotless and all staff were very friendly and helpful. we had a lovely holiday and thoroughly enjoyed Vienna. Taxi was booked via the hotel both ways and was on time and no problems.

People smoke at the entrance so avoid room 101 or keep windows closed.

It's a 1950's hotel, which is part of the charm in my opinion. If you're looking for state-of-the-art modern conveniences then book something else, because this one has its share of retro quirks. A minor annoyance was that the minibar fridge didn't work (and they didn't fix/replace it), and that they left the central air-conditioning switched off though it was unseasonably warm. I think it's best not to get too wound up about such things and enjoy the positives: they weren't difficult to find. The staff were very kind to us, and we thought it was a lovely stay.

This hotel is in a great location, and is very well presented. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay there. The breakfast is excellent and we were delighted to start each day with such a feast.

No air con in our room and as it was quite warm we had to leave the windows open all night which was occasionally a little noisy

Great centrally located small friendly hotel. Easy to walk everywhere from here and very near to shops, restaurants, subway, key sights. Traditional Viennese decor so appears slightly old fashioned but rooms were fine, very clean with comfy beds and hot, powerful showers. We had a family room which was spacious enough for 2 adults, 1 child. Breakfasts were included and good choice. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Hotel situated in main part of Vienna in calm area - very good connection to Vienna Airport (metro U4 and directly train airport CAT), to most important attractions from hotel is ca. 10-15 mins walking tour. Room comforable with all needs facilities (include minibar and kettle with tea/coffee). Delicious breakfast with many variants (sweet/salty snacks), fresh fruits/vegetables, cakes, delcious cofee/chocolate. Easy chech-in/check-out. Absolutley kind and friendly hotel staff - that's all made my visit in Austria unforgotable. Honestly I recommended this hotel for everyone! :-)

Very cosy Atmosphere, classical Vienna Style, room just big enough, very quiet at Night, excellent breakfast, parking garage at walking distance, Nice restaurant just 30m around the corner.
